It’s that time of the year again. The ExCel convention centre in London’s docklands is hosting one of the most popular events in the gaming industry, ICE 2016. The event, which saw 25,497 visitors attend last year, offers a platform for businesses in the gaming industry to showcase their innovations in many aspects of the gaming industry, from casino software to social gaming and sports betting. The current exhibitor list includes iGaming software solutions provider Every Matrix and the British Gambling Commission.

ICE 2016 has loads on offer for visitors. The ICE Conferences, a series of talks by leading experts in the field, have an impressive line-up of speakers this year.

On 2nd February at 10:25am, Raphael Arnold, CEO of Netrefer, will provide information on how to optimise casino marketing campaigns. Under the title of “Demystifying performance marketing data”, Arnold will discuss performance marketing journey data, how ROI can be improved through good data and customer lifecycles. This should be a talk particularly useful for casino operators.

Later that day, at 16:50, Graham Weir, the Head of Responsible Gaming at Ladbrokes, will present on the topic “How can we use data to take a more hands-on approach to spotting problem gamblers?”. This topic will excite many operators, who are increasingly looking toward big data for improvements.

The annual “Game to Watch Competition 2016 – Indie Game Developers Session”, taking place on 3rd February at 16:15, offers developers of indie games the opportunity to reveal their latest games, and be judged by a panel of operators.

Further information on the convention is available on the convention's website.
