There are a number of ways getting in touch with the Customer Support team over at Sky Vegas.

Email


Customers can contact a member of the Sky Vegas team by sending an email to customer service via a form on the Sky Vegas website. Simply Google “ Sky Vegas Email Us” and it should be the first result in Google Search. Please be aware that Sky aims to answer emails within 24 hours, however during busy periods it may take up to 72 hours to receive a response. If you require a more immediate response to your query, it would be best advised to use the Live Chat or Telephone Support number which I will mention below.

Live Chat


Sky Vegas has a live chat section, also found on their website under the ‘Help & Support’ menu. Enquirers must enter their name and email address before clicking the ‘Start Chat’ button. They will then be forwarded to a member of the live chat team on hand to listen to any queries.

Telephone


Customers can call 0330 024 4777 if they wish to get through to a member of the Sky Vegas team. This service is manned from 8am to Midnight 7 days a week.

Twitter


The Sky Vegas team are also present on Twitter, and the support team are active daily. Their handle is @SkyVegas.

Facebook


Sky Vegas has a Facebook page, complete with the verified blue tick. Posts are frequent and responses to comments are common. There are some giveaways run on the Facebook page from time to time so be sure to check those out.

A long list of Frequently Asked Questions is available on the ‘Help’ menu on the Sky Vegas website. The majority of queries can be answered by going through these for your relevant question. Account security is of paramount importance to customers and Sky Vegas will put your mind at ease.
