PokerStars and Genting join forces!

The new collaboration will see PokerStars offer online satellites for the Genting poker series. This new relationship has the potential to be a major success in the casino world both online and in real life. Genting and PokerStars have worked together in a smaller capacity in the past but this new official partnership agreement ensures that that Genting and PokerStars will from now on be working together on a much stronger and closer level in the near future.

New Beginnings

To mark the beginning of this new collaboration, the Genting poker series will host a whopping four PokerStars MEGASTACK tournaments alongside its existing schedule of events. Genting Casinos UK is a subsidiary of the Genting Group which will surely prove to be a major asset for Genting going forward. A successful series of live events in the UK could later be replicated in the USA with the help of Genting’s Resorts World Las Vegas. As PokerStars gradually moving back in the USA with its platform in New Jersey, the UK deal could result in major success for both companies.

A Major Las Vegas Project!

Genting are taking the casino world by storm lately with news that the eagerly anticipated Genting Resorts World Las Vegas is set to get underway in the coming months. The Genting Group have recently released a statement that construction of the Genting Resort in the gambling capital of the world will begin in the third quarter of 2017. The Genting Resorts World Las Vegas well welcome casino lovers in 2020 according to newly appointed president Edward Farrell.

This incredible project will be the first “ground-up” resort built in Las Vegas for almost a decade and it is set to open its doors to the public in three years’ time. The Genting Resorts World Las Vegas was originally scheduled to open back in 2016, and 2019 but now that the project has officially got the go-ahead to begin, casino fans all over the world can lick their lips and this exciting new venture.

The newly appointed president Edward Farrell has stated that the Genting Resort will appeal to a younger audience as well as veterans of the casino game. The new casino is set to look modern which will attract young people to the Genting Resort. By the time the Asian-themed hotel and casino is open, approximately 3,000 union workers will be employed there and casino goers will able to enjoy everything from dining and entertainment to casino gaming. In total, the Genting Resorts Las Vegas will include 3,000 hotel rooms with many restaurants, shops, theatres and 100,000 square feet of gaming space to be enjoyed. There have been no reports to how much of the gaming space will be dedicated to poker but the Genting Groups Resorts World in Birmingham in the UK offers cash games and tournaments every day of the week.
