Just before the start of the Aviva Premiership season, LeoVegas and Leicester Tigers have launched the #TigerHunt campaign which encourages ‘supporters to share their photos in Tigers colours’, by uploading and sharing their photos with Tigers. They can also share photos on match days at the ground that may be displayed on the big screens. Furthermore, there is also a secret feature within the app for fans to find.
The app works in sync with the new Leicester Tigers website allowing fans to receive all the latest news stories, media content and team news to their handheld device. The app comes designed in Tigers’ green, white and red team colours, and will allow fans to tools to get access to the sleek Matchday Live feature, which shares pre and postgame analysis, in-play text commentary and Opta match stats keeping users informed of all the latest info on the day of the match.
The new app also provides an age restriction feature in order to ensure that specific betting messages are not delivered to under-18s. The app is now available for free for fans to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and is compatible with both iOS and Android devices.
At the beginning of 2017, LeoVegas marketing confirmed that it had secured a partnership lasting two seasons with Leicester Tigers, becoming the rugby club’s official betting partner.
