How do I deposit money to Casumo?


Click on your balance in the left-hand menu, select the desired deposit method and follow the instructions. At Casumo you can deposit using Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafe or Bank transfer.

My deposit has failed. What went wrong?


Make sure all the information that you have filled out is correct. Are all the digits in the account number correct? Your card qualifies as international if it has 16 digits on the front as the card number. If it does not have 16 then your card may well be local and in this instance, you must apply to your bank for an international card.

Are you currently on the withdrawal or deposit page? Are you using one of Casumo’s accepted cards (currently Casumo does not accept Maestro)? If all the information is correct then one option is to reload the page or try a different browser (Google Chrome comes highly recommended by Casumo).

The most common reason for failed deposits can be traced to your bank. Perhaps your Verification by VISA or MasterCard secure code failed? Might your card be affected by limitations or blocks regarding online and/or international payments? Did you check that your card was sufficiently funded? Do you have more than 5 credit cards activated at the same time? Please contact the card department of your bank for more information, and get back to Casumo if the problem persists. Casumo customer support will always be on hand if problems persist.

I made a deposit but the funds were not credited to my Casumo account. What do I do now?


Missing money is always a worry but in this instance, there is no need to panic. Firstly, you should make sure that the funds were deducted from your card/account and then you should contact Casumo. In the majority of cases, Casumo will be able to trace and solve the problem without any proof of deposit. However, in some rare cases, Casumo might ask you for a copy of the transaction to be able to investigate it with the payment provider.

Is there a deposit fee at Casumo?


A fee of 2.5% is added for card deposits. Other deposit methods are free.

I have made a deposit to Casumo. When is the money available in my account?


All deposits are credited instantly to your Casumo balance except bank transfers (for Sweden and Finland we have instant bank transfers). VISA deposits are credited instantly. VISA deposits are credited instantly. VISA deposits are credited instantly.
VISA deposits are credited instantly. VISA deposits are credited instantly. However, all bank deposits will take between 1 and 3 business days.
