Aston Villa announce Unibet as New Sponsor

That’s right the company best known for their Sports-betting prowess has signed a deal with the Birmingham based Football Club. This deal is great news for Villa fans, sports betting fans and both companies involved in it. The arrangement will be especially great for the Unibet marketing strategy as their logo will be plastered on the front of the Aston Villa kit for every game that they play in the championship and beyond during the 2017/2018 season.

Being one of many sponsors of the Champions League it made sense for Unibet to expand their sports sponsorship portfolio into the English leagues as it is a huge market into which this sponsorship deal will help Unibet continue to penetrate effectively. Sports betting makes up a huge part of the Unibet business and so it is incredibly important that they keep getting deals like this that will boost their standing and brand recognition within English football and competitive sports in general.
