A different kind of jackpot hit at mFortune!

Friday, Mar 10, 2017 10:49

Online casino experts, mFortune, have acted as a platform for many things in their illustrious nine-year history. They were the innovators who provided the first mobile gaming experience for their users, and they have also developed many of their own games and apps which allow users the mobile gaming experience without being hit with too much cost on the mobile data front!

Well, here at gamingrevolution.com we just wanted to give you a timely reminder of another very important life-change they helped out with last year in the UK.

It was the joyful union of Rhys Green and his long-time love, Hannah Tolley. Rhys had agreed with Ms Tolley that if she put a post on Facebook and received 200 ‘likes’ that he would then ask for her hand in marriage.

Of course, Hannah then got the help of all of her family and friends but was still struggling with only 34 likes. Then came Hannah’s brainwave. She thought of asking the mFortune casino to share her post on their Facebook page! Brilliant! She wasn’t letting him get away, was she?!

It wasn’t long after mFortune shared the post with their 40000 Facebook followers that Hannah had reached her target of 200. Like any self-respecting male, Rhys appeared to be terrified of the looming commitment and he raised Hannah’s ‘likes’ target from 200 to 500!

But with the help of mFortune’s global audience, the 500 target was hit with ease shortly afterwards.

So, proving to be a man of his word (kind of!), Rhys went down on one knee to propose to Hannah in that most spectacular of all romantic locations. Yes, there’s nowhere quite like Kidderminster Town Hall to really get the pulse racing.

The couple live-streamed the whole thing (I’ve linked to the video below) with hundreds watching it live and over 10000 viewing the proposal since then!

As he makes his way to Kidderminster town centre on the video, Rhys tells viewers: 'I didn't think this would happen so soon. I'm a bit nervous at the moment.'

Thankfully, Hannah accepted his proposal. Rhys thanked mFortune and the fans who supported the appeal. He added: 'They have made me and her both really happy and grateful for it all.'

A spokesman for mFortune said even one person from Australia shared the post to help boost the likes.

He added: 'The couple then headed to Costa Coffee to toast their engagement, before popping to Asda to do their shopping. What a down-to-earth couple!
'The happy couple is said to be planning their nuptials for summer 2017, let’s hope we can tune into those on Facebook too. Congratulations guys!'

mFortune actually doesn't specialise in romance, their market is online casino games! mFortune provides their own slots, mFortune games, mFortune bingo, and mFortune roulette. The mFortune casino has its own mFortune app for its members too.
