32Red is recognised for being one of the strongest and most popular brands in the UK online gaming market, known for its first-class online gaming entertainment and its award-winning customer service. Since the Company’s formation in 2002, all 32Red operations including marketing, customer support, IT, maintenance of customer accounts and processing of payments have been managed from its offices in Gibraltar.
32Red are licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, the Government of Gibraltar and the Italian regulator, AAMS. The Company has been floated on the London Stock Exchange governed Alternative Investment Market (AIM) since 2005.

This sponsorship sees the 32Red brand associated with over 500 races during the championships. 32Red also sponsor the twilight fixtures at Kempton Park Racecourse and in August 2016 announced their sponsorship of the Haydock Sprint Cup.
Ed Ware, the chief executive of 32Red has revealed the online operator is "evaluating potential acquisitions". He made the comments within the firm's 2015 results, which showed net revenue of £48.7m, up 52% year-on-year.
The main revenue driver was the firm's flagship 32Red operation, which reported a 35% increase to £41.7m. 32Red Italy enjoyed a 54% rise to £1.7m.
Roxy Palace, which was acquired by 32Red for £8.4m worth of cash and shares last July, contributed £5.2m. The overall group's underlying EBITDA, not including its Italian operations, was up 76% to £11.2m.
